Adds the Puppeteer-side phone-number login transition and direct WAWebAltDeviceLinkingApi pairing flow. Replaces unsupported pupPage.waitForTimeout with a Node timer. Scope is limited to pairing authentication; sendSeen and deployment changes are excluded.
