feat: WAN IP Guard - dynamic DNS updater with WhatsApp notifications
...
Checks public WAN IP every 5 minutes via systemd timer. On change:
- Updates A-records via DirectAdmin API (login key auth)
- Sends WhatsApp notification via wwebjs-api
